Admin/mdeploy/download file exception

Moodle deployment utility had a trouble with your request.

exception 'download_file_exception' with message 'Unable to download the package' in mdeploy.php:761

This has happened while trying to update the 'Progress bar plugin'. Re-attempting 5 minutes later corrected the error.
