Capabilities/mod/cado:compare

This capability gives the ability to compare any generated CADO with any other generated CADO. A menu option 'Compare' appears in the CADO administration settings.

In a compare, differences between sections of a CADO are highlighted. See CADO documentation for more information.

By default, the editing teacher and manager roles include this capability.
