Development:Migrating From WebCT To Moodle At UQÀM

This will used to document the migration at the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQÀM) is from WebCT Campus Edition Version 4.1 to Moodle (1.6). The format will be first as day-to day work report and will be corrected when the migation will be completed.
