• This allows a user to add an Assignment (2.2) activity to the course
• This capability is allowed for the default roles of manager and teacher

Note: The assignment activity module was completely rewritten in Moodle 2.3. It is recommended that this capability is removed from the role of teacher to avoid the confusion of two assignments being listed in the activity chooser.
