Capabilities/mod/cado:approve

This capability gives the ability to approve a generated CADO for release for view by students.

Upon approval, a CADO is no longer able to have its three text boxes or grouping edited in the CADO settings, though its name, restrictions and tags remain editable. See CADO documentation for more information.

By default, the manager role includes this capability, the teacher role does not.
