Development:Survey 2

This is the starting point for finding out about (and joining in with) the project to replace the Survey, Feedback and Questionnaire modules with a new module called simply: Survey.

Development process

1. Gather requirements from tracker, forums, users (Development:Survey_2_brainstorm)
2. Vote for features and rank them
3. Develop a detailed spec for the first version
4. Develop basic framework for the module
5. Review regularly
6. Develop final module
7. Integrate into core Moodle
