The '''Learning''' block shows any overdue [[Certifications|certifications]] and [[Programs|programs]] of the user. Selecting the link redirects the user to [[Certifications#Certifications Reports|certification progress report]] and [[Programs#Program Reports|program progress report]], respectively.

=== Jobs ===
The '''Jobs''' block displays information about the user's positions, organisations, and reporting lines. Every member of the organisation can view departmental context and (multiple) job roles to get a clear picture of how each individual fits into the wider company structure.

For each job, the following data is shown:
* User's position
* User's organisation
* Number of direct reports, including link to the user's People page

In the above example, the user has 2 jobs, the second one with 2 direct reports.
